Each credit includes one primary portrait for one pet. You can choose the primary image style, such as a close-up or full-body portrait. Additional portraits for the same pet are available for $4 each. Credits can be used over time and do not need to be submitted all at once.

Turnaround depends on the size of the photo batch you send us, but most batches are completed within 1–2 days. Larger submissions may take a little longer, especially if they include many pets or multiple portrait versions per pet.
Yes. For each pet, you can choose the style of the primary image you want — such as a close-up portrait or a full-body shot. If you'd like multiple versions of the same animal, we can provide additional images for an extra cost.
